An incredible adventure with shuttle service through the Valley to the awe-inspiring Falls

Description / Overview: Experience the Manoa Falls hike on Oahu with convenient round-trip shuttle service from Waikiki hotels. This moderate 2-mile rainforest trail takes you across a footbridge and small stream, through a grove of lush Eucalyptus trees, and gently ascends to a scenic viewing area at the base of the stunning 150-foot Manoa Falls. Along the way, enjoy provided water and bug spray. The hike is perfect for nature lovers, photography enthusiasts, and Oahu adventure seekers, with the tranquil waterfall and tropical rainforest creating unforgettable Hawaii hiking and waterfall experiences.

Trail Conditions: The Manoa Falls Trail winds through a lush tropical rainforest in a picturesque valley. The unpaved, rocky trail may become muddy or slippery, especially after rain, adding a touch of adventure. Sections include stairs and boulder climbs, making the hike moderately challenging but rewarding. Walking sticks are provided for extra support, and ponchos are available for purchase from your driver to stay dry in occasional rain.

Inclusions: Round-trip transportation from Waikiki, bug spray, and a bottle of water.

As a courtesy reminder please do not eat food in our shuttle and/or bring any drinks to be consumed inside.

What to Bring & What to Wear: You can wear sneakers and comfortable clothes that you wouldn’t mind getting muddy.

Additional Information: In case there is rain we have ponchos for purchase for $5. At the hike, there are snacks at the gift shop, where the bathrooms are also located.

Pro Tip: Even though it looks inviting, it is not recommended to swim in it because of the many risks of rock sliding/falling, which have occurred in this area. Also, it isn’t safe to drink the water because of leptospirosis contamination.

  • This is a self-guided hike.
  • We do not recommend this hike for ages older than 65
  • Not recommended for children under 3 and people with disabilities 

Cancellation Policy:

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 HOURS before your scheduled reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your tour will be charged 100% of the total amount to your credit card.
