Description/Overview:
Designated a protected Marine Life Conservation Area and underwater park in 1967, Hanauma Bay is one of Oahu’s must-see natural wonders. Swim in calm, crystal-clear waters through extensive coral reefs teeming with over 450 species of vibrant tropical fish, including many native to Hawaii.
Booking with Kaimana Tours at the park’s opening gives you the best early-morning advantage—fewer crowds, clearer waters, and ideal conditions for snorkeling and photography. Perfect for beginners and experienced snorkelers, this tour offers an unforgettable Oahu snorkeling experience.
Past guest Marcus says, “The water is very clear once you get away from the beach… You can feel the waves, but it is a very easy swim.”
Tour package: Includes round-trip transportation from Waikiki (about 30 minutes each way), professional-grade, sanitized equipment (silicon-tempered mask, J-type snorkel, and endurance vinyl acetate fins), and expert instruction.
Admission Fee: The $25 entry fee to Hanauma Bay is not included. Guests must bring cash to pay for tickets at the park. Do not purchase tickets in advance, as payment must be made on-site due to timing conflicts.
